Rogelio is a dynamic educator with over 20 years in the behavioral health field.  He has provided direct care practice and administrative oversight in leadership roles.  Additionally, Rogelio has educated the community and providers for 9 years as a training specialist for behavioral health services, an assoicate faculty at University of Phoenix, and his current role as Director of Training and Development for Southwest Network in Phoenix, AZ. 

When he is not training or teaching, Rogelio like to spend his free time with his wife and children, running (completed his first half-marathon in January 2019, playing piano or guitar, learning Tagalog, or practicing woodworking (all fingers still intact).
