By day, I'm the Learning and Development Manager for a professional services firm, where I lead our Instructional Designers, LMS Administrator, and Continuing Education Compliance Coordinator. Together with our Facilitator and Organizational Development Specialists, we're building a world-class learning organization for our rapidly growing workforce.
