Sherri Adams, DM, PHR, holds a Doctorate of Management with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership; she currently serves as a LEAD Leadership Development Consultant and Executive Coach for DISH Network, in addition, she serves as Assistant Professor of Business for Colorado Technical University, where she was nominated for Distinguished Faculty of the Year for 2019, 2020, and 2021.  She has served as an HR Professional for 15 years, with a specialization in Talent Development and L&D. In her free time, Sherri volunteers as an Advisory Board Liaison for Alpha Sigma Alpha, and a facilitator for the National Society of Leadership and Success.
