Stephen Roberts is currently the Learning Design Manager of the Resource Group in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom.

Stephen has over 20 years of deep experience in all aspects of Talent Development at an operational and strategic level. Before joining the Resource Group, Stephen ran his own L&D consultancy for over three years. He has also headed up the learning functions in various financial sector companies (Banking & Insurance), the automotive sector and the consulting sector.

He is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and has a Diploma in Learning and Development (UK CIPD Level Five), a Degree in Communication Science, Programmes in Human Resource Management and Advanced Human Resource Development and an Insurance qualification.
