I have spent the last 20 years building up my consulting expertise in the Education, Health and HR,sectors. Both public and private. My two main areas of expertise are organisational development and learning and development. I am client focused and deliver creative solutions that are also practical and meet the business needs.

As a consultant I'm great at problem solving and understanding the big picture, using humor and building rapport with a no nonsense pragmatic approach. I get a lot done! I have had roles managing staff as well as time to build my OD and L & D expertise. 

 

I have worked on large scale change projects as well as small consulting gigs to support lone HR practitioners. As an account manager I establish strong relationships to grow the account and to solve business problems across all teams, including senior leadership teams. 

 

Being an active part of my community is important also. My volunteering has extended to Zonta, supporting our school, the lead coach of school basketball teams. I have just finished my tenure as the Chair of the AIESEC Victoria Board of Advisors. These roles allow me to share my expertise and work with a range of people. Giving back is an important part of who I am.
