Suzanne Frawley has a recognized passion for setting people and organizations up for success.  She is an elite professional known for her success in talent and performance management, leadership development, and a winning vision.  With experience leading people, teams, and implementing global learning initiatives, Suzanne is adept at building strong organizational cultures, developing key relationships, and coaching/ partnering at all levels.  She has earned the reputation for building employee and business value, and adapting to multiple situations to produce results. 

 

In her current role as the Director, Talent Management for Plains All American, a Fortune 150 Oil & Gas company, Suzanne is building the Talent Strategy which includes talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development from high potential to front line leader.

 

Suzanne’s prior experience includes serving as Director, Learning for Phillips 66, a Fortune 50 Oil & Gas company, where she created the Learning Strategy and led her team in building and enhancing the leadership and professional skills across the organization.  Prior to Phillips 66, Suzanne led the Organizational Development team at Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica, the 5^th largest animal health company with US sales of +500 million. She created and led leadership development and learning strategy, led and drove initiatives on talent management, change management, and organizational effectiveness.

Before moving to Kansas City, Suzanne served as a HR Business Partner and Manager, Learning & Development for Boehringer Ingelheim’s highly successful manufacturing and multisource site in Columbus, Ohio.  In two years, the site posted the highest engagement survey results within BI globally, with over 50% improvement in Learning & Development and earned the Team Spirit Award for building the Competency and Career Track maps.   Prior to joining BI, Suzanne’s earlier positions include a variety of field and corporate Learning & Development, Sales & Technical Training, and Sales Consultant.  During her career at Novartis Animal Health, Suzanne honed her Learning & Development talents in the areas of Sales, Management, Manufacturing, and Global and earned the coveted Summit of Excellence Award. 

 

Suzanne began her career at Pfizer/Pharmacia Animal Health where she served as the U.S. Training Manager and earned Sales Academy 5 times for Sales Performance. 

 

Suzanne holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Wright State University.  She completed the Human Resource Specialist certification at Michigan State University, earned the credential, Certified Professional in Learning Performance from the Association of Talent Development, and is a NLP Master Practitioner and Life Coach.  Suzanne is currently pursuing her certification in Organizational Development from the Institute of Organizational Development. 

 

Suzanne is a member of several professional organizations, including the Association for Talent Development, Organizational Development Network, Society for Human Resource Management, and Global NLP.   Suzanne donates her development and life coaching skills to members of the military.
