Tiffany has over 25 years of experience in learning and development, performance improvement, and change leadership.

She is passionate about helping individuals enhance their skills and effectiveness and helping organizations strategically navigate major change initiatives.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication with an emphasis in Training & Development, both from the University of South Alabama.  

Tiffany served on the board for the New Orleans chapter of ATD for many years as VP of Programs and as President.  She is a member of national ATD and SHRM (New Orleans Chapter).
