ABOUT ME

I currently hold the position as Manager, of The Office of Professional Development, in the Facility Management Department with Denver Public Schools, for the past 19 years. I have been fortunate to pursue my passion in the Professional Development and Training industry for over 20 years, with extensive talented experience in leadership, facilitation, presentations and coaching. However, my gift is leadership training – developing leaders to create more leaders.

After high school, I attended an HBCU, Texas Southern University for a couple of years and then joined the US Air Force Reserves (USAFR). During my six years of service to my country, I was decorated with the Meritorious Service Medal.  I went on to complete my Summa Cum Laude BA degree in Management/Leadership at Capella University.

Current Endeavor/Goals

It has always been my goal to use my talents and gift to help others achieve their vision and dreams. I have learned that along the way, not only do I achieve my own dreams and vision; I am left feeling blessed and joyful to witness and be a part of how God works in the lives of others.

I see my most important contributions, is as a facilitator in implementing strategic goals & alignment, organizational and leadership development. Any organization with a set of goals and a strategy to achieve their goals can truly make a positive impact to the community and to their internal teams they serve. In addition, I can support the goals, mission and vision of an organization as a personal/professional advisor and coach.
