I am a Senior Instructional Designer at Whole Foods Market. I have been training or teaching in some form or another most of my adult life as a people leader, a mother, a manager, a trainer and even a yoga teacher. Since coming into the world of Instructional Design, I have developed live and virtual training material, including traditional decks and job aids, Inkling, Rise courses in Articulate and demo videos in Camtasia and VYond.

When I'm not obsessing over that last training video edit, you can find me running a beautiful trail in Austin TX or singing some jazz with my local band.
