Mahmoud used the academic background of his Bachelor of Science Education and the instructional design theories in designing the learning projects and revamping more than 23 soft and management skills trainings materials from traditional instructor lead training to an active deep learning experience, In addition, Mahmoud conducted needs analysis on the organizational, functional, individual levels and designed IDP’s.

Mahmoud managed more than 35 projects from the start to the end passing through all phases, planning, budgeting, managing stakeholders, monitoring the execution progress, provider selection, and finally the evaluation & reporting. Moreover responsible for business development activities bringing new leads and channels in the MENA region. In addition to his participation in designing & implementing Performance Appraisal System including Competency Framework & KPI’s and monitoring the progress of the feedback sessions after the appraisal.
