To maximize workforce productivity, organizations should consider creating an environment that is stressful—but not overly so. According to a survey from Robert Half Creative Group, 92 percent of advertising and marketing executives claim they need at least some level of stress to reach peak performance, but 70 percent perceived their jobs as somewhat or very stressful.
