I am enthusiastic and engaging learning experience architect.  After earning my Masters in Education from Penn State University, I entered the Talent Development world to explore my passion for learning and organizational development.  I have 25+ years of experience building quality, 'best in class' curriculum from technical skills to executive leadership development, that exceeds an organization's strategy to build a highly qualified and efficient talent pool.  I have partnered with Human Resources and People Teams to find innovative learning and talent solutions to fill organizational gaps and exceed their goals. 

I have collaborated with HR Business Partners to build strategies for highly effective learning experiences to ensure that every employee's experience is positive and valued  I believe that a workplace that promotes diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice can attract and retain top talent. In today's competitive job market, job seekers are increasingly looking for employers that demonstrate a commitment to these values. Employees who feel valued and supported are more likely to stay with their employer long-term, reducing turnover and the associated costs of recruitment and training.
