I am also a management trainer at Lepaya, a global provider of power skills training that combines online and offline learning with key members are alumni of BCG. In Feb. of 2023, I have obtained the award of Global Top 10 Transformation Leadership by Lepaya with other global renowned business leaders larger than HR and TD.
