Dr. Taylor currently serves as a contract HR Project Leader for a Fortune 100 company and serves as a human capital and strategic talent management advisor and organizational design and change strategist for organizations nationally. Dr. Taylor has consulted for numerous organizations nationwide, published management-focused articles, and previously served on the board of directors of various non-profit organizations. With over 20 years of experience creating innovative business strategies, Dr. Taylor has made exceptional contributions to organizational design talent management, training and development, change management, and leadership development in organizations across the world.

Mary Kay received her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Human Resource Management, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Development, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Health Information Management (HIM).
