ABOUT ME

Through my sales career at Acura, my consulting experience at Randstad, and my current HR/Comms role with Welltower, I've learned one thing best summed up by Simon Sinek... "100% of customers are people, 100% of clients are people, and 100% of employees are people. If you don't understand people, then you don't understand business."

My philosophy is pretty simple: people are an organization's greatest asset and the only real source of sustainable competitive advantage. Although the concept that people come first is not revolutionary, my unwavering commitment to this viewpoint is.

I believe that a people-centric mentality is key to every business's success. That's why I've dedicated my career to talent management and the pursuit of best workforce practices that maximize employee potential.

These guiding principles have led to amazing projects at Welltower, including developing/implementing an onboarding, performance management & internal communications program, discovering, defining & directing our employer brand, and designing curriculum for new hires and leadership development.
