My name is Olacoy, aka Ola. I have been working the last 25 years as founder of “I Live to Speak Out Loud" (IL2SOL LLC). I have dedicated my life as a professional speaker, voice-over actor, advocate, and talent development professional. My focus is inspiring and changing the mindset of professionals and students to achieve their full potential as leaders. My experience includes development and implementation of talent management workshops for Fortune 500 companies, private, government, education, and non-profit organizations.

I hold a bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University, and an M. P. A., from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Earlier in my career, I was a scholarship recipient and participate on the nationally ranked Wayne State University’s speech and debate team. I am currently completing my doctoral studies at the University of Phoenix, with a research focus on learning organizations, small business, team dynamics, and technology. Currently, I facilitate programs focused on learning technology, the multigenerational workforce, board development, diversity, inclusion and equity, small business development, talent management, and global workforce transformation.
