Sean is a charismatic, passionate, and results-driven employee. He has been in the learning industry for 20 years. Within those years, he has acquired instructional design and delivery skills, performance management skills, leadership design and delivery skills as well as managed various learning management systems.  Most recently he earned the ATD Master Instruction Designer designation.

His specialties include: 

eLearning design (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond and Camtasia)

Instructor led/virtual and classroom delivery (subjects include: soft skills and business skills, situational leadership, DiSC, and technical training)
