  • Erik Stromberg is the enablement manager for solution consulting SuiteSuccess at NetSuite. Erik has over 10 years of learning and development experience in both technical and sales training. Prior to NetSuite, he held a variety of roles in sales enablement, program management, operations, business process analysis, and training and development with SolarWinds, CenturyLink, and Saba. Through these experiences, he has gained a unique perspective on the impact of training and enablement on the business.

  • Marcel Eisma is the vice president of Success University at Kony, Inc. The Kony Success University delivers personalized, right-sized, always-on, industry-leading technical training to all our customers and Kony employees. Marcel and his team serve hundreds of thousands of designers, application builders, developers, architects and implementers with the knowledge, skills, and connections they are looking for. Prior to that role, he served as Kony’s director of sales enablement where he was responsible for the development of Kony’s customer and partner-facing sales teams, including onboarding, certification, curriculum development and delivery, and coaching. Marcel brings to Kony more than 25 years of experience in high-growth technology environments, both in the United States and Europe, including progressive roles in sales management, product, and marketing strategy. Prior to Kony, he served as a sales enablement manager with Amazon’s Media Group, with global responsibility for onboarding and overall sales readiness of the division’s account executives, product specialists, and sales managers. His earlier career experience includes tenure with Microsoft’s enterprise, and field and SMB sales and marketing teams in the United States and the Netherlands.
