Learning Executive Confidence Index (LXCI) Q2, 2011

By  ASTD Research

Learning Executive's Confidence Index Q2-11

Learning executives continued to report positive expectations for the learning function following the first quarter of 2011. The LXCI was derived from the responses of 357 learning executives to an online, invitation-only survey. The overall LXCI score for the second quarter of 2011 remained about the same in Q1 at 67.1, decreasing just slightly from Q1, 2011(67.3). These scores demonstrate that collectively, LXs expect their learning functions to improve over the next six months.
