Program Check-in Check-in for all preconference programs is located directly in your program room. After entering the convention center, please proceed directly to your program room. If you are staying for the conference portion of TechKnowledge 2020 (Feb 5-7, 2020), you may pick up your conference credentials during open registration hours found here: https://techknowledge.td.org/program/schedule Lunch Lunch will be provided each day of the program. Limited gluten-free and vegetarian options will be available.
Tips Dress comfortably and remember to bring layers. Room temperatures can fluctuate throughout the day.
Keep in mind that the last day ends at approximately 4:30 p.m., and it’s important to plan your travel accordingly. We would like you to receive the full benefit of the program, and we have found that shortening the last day diminishes the learning experience.

This program is conducted in the WebEx Training Center platform with a toll-free teleconference or Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) option for the audio component. Special software is not required. You only need a standard web browser and telephone or VoIP capability to participate.
After registering, you will receive a WebEx online sign-in, teleconference dial-in details, and instructions via email. Although they take place online, these programs are highly interactive, with features and tools such as “raise your hand,” polling, live chat, and break-out rooms. All sessions are recorded, so if you miss a session, you can watch the recording at a later time before the program ends. Certificate programs have attendance requirements. Please see the Credits & Attendance section on the program description page for more details.
Note: Participants located outside the U.S. and Canada will dial a toll phone number or use free VoIP through their computer to access the program. They should check with their phone carrier to determine rates for calls to the U.S. if using a telephone.
The ATD Master Performance Consultant Program, Core Course, takes place February 4-7, 2020 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day.
Please note: Participants must be available to engage in an online community two weeks prior to the Core Course, and complete their online elective within one year following the Core Course.

The program is available immediately upon registration. You have access to the program for up to 12 months from your registration date. Learn some of the basics to help you as you prepare for the CPLP exam.
This On Demand e-learning course is available online immediately upon purchase. Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email with instructions on how to log in and access the program in ATD’s Learning Portal. You may work on the course anytime, from any device, and at your own pace, but you must complete the course within the access period provided. This access period will vary depending on the program you purchased and may range from four weeks to 12 months.
